Best known for directing the films Aquarium (2007), True Adolescents (2009), and most recently The Skeleton Twins (2013). The Skeleton Twins, starring Bill Hader and Kristen Wiig has been awarded the Waldo Salt Screenwriting Award at Sundance 2014, and is now slated for a major release.
Arceneaux's experimental artwork has been exhibited at galleries and museums both nationally and internationally, including the Museum of Contemporary Art, Los Angeles, the Orange County Museum of Art, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, the Studio Museum in Harlem, and Kunstmuseum Basel, Switzerland.
An up and coming documentary filmmaker whose work focuses on the distressing social and political issues in the Middle East. His new film, Children of Kabul takes a charged look at the current climate in Afghanistan. Wahabzada is also a recent graduate of Wake Forest University.
Best known as the Art Director for Lincoln (2012), The Help (2011), and The Social Network (2010). He has also worked on the films Greenberg (2010), and Collateral (2004), in his distinguished career. Beech is a graduate of Wake Forest University and is a longtime supporter of our festival.
